5 Rules to Follow

Always include the 5-line header

Area, Department, Name, Week, Section — all five, every time. Missing any one means your data can't be routed correctly.

One section per message

If you have Media and Social data, send two separate messages. Mixing sections in one paste causes routing errors.

Use exact section names

Section must be one of: CEO Summary · Category Performance · Creative & Content · Media · Social Sentiment · Launch Readiness · Priorities & Asks

Wait for Claude's confirmation

Claude will reply with a summary of what was saved. If something didn't parse, it will tell you and ask you to clarify before closing.

Submit by Thursday EOD

The consolidated report auto-generates Friday 10:00 AM. Late submissions after that point go into the following week.

⚠ Common Mistakes to Avoid

Sending data to a personal Claude chat instead of the EMEA EOW Project — it won't be visible to anyone else
Mixing multiple sections in one message — split them into separate pastes
Using shorthand area names (e.g. "DACH" instead of "Central Europe (DACH+PL)") — must match exactly
Closing the chat before Claude confirms the save — always wait for the ✓ confirmation
Submitting after Thursday EOD — the Friday 10am report will not include late entries
